The Story behind the beef
During the autumn, winter, and leap, our cattle graze our certified organic home ranch pastures or consume our certified organic hay. During the summer, they graze our 70 square mile certified organic rangeland (currently the largest single certified organic landscape in the contiguous United States).
The land of our Idaho rangeland is wild, never farmed, rugged, and pristine. Nosotros as well fence with predators: wolves, bears, mountain lions, and rattlesnakes.
